This incredibly charming property retains much of its atmosphere you long for in an original French Manoir dating back to the 17th Century.
Recently renovated we have kept its original features.
The stone fireplaces, beamed ceilings all add to the rustic style of the property whilst retaining its quirks and charms.
Once you arrive inside this wonderful house, you will find yourself in the main lounge/dining room, suitable for all types of entertaining and spectacular drawing room situated on the second floor.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a breakfast table, cooker, oven, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher and most electrical goods. We have free WIFI and English TV channels.
All the facilities are fully functional and safety checked.
Upstairs on the second floor you will find the main bedroom which is both grand and opulent in its design. There is a Louis VI four poster bed which our guests love and this bedroom has its own newly decorated ensuite bathroom with sink, bath and shower.
On the third floor there are 3 bedrooms, one twin, double and single bedroom. The bedrooms share a recently refurbished bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.
The landscaped gardens are beautiful and includes secluded areas of woodland and trees. There is an outdoor area with tables and chairs for al fresco entertainment and leisure time.
The property now has free WIFI available to all guests for your pleasure.
All rooms and the gardens are fully accessible.

In 1503, Coatudual was a noble fortress held by one of the forty-nine Taulesian gentlemen who were subject to the blood tax. Around 1700, the house was home to Messire René de Coetlogon and his wife Catherine Denys, lady of Pontlo. One of their sons left his mother's house to join Duguay-Trouin in the expedition to Rio de Janeiro in 1711. His sister, the last niece of Marshal de Coetlogon, Admiral of France, died at Coatudual in 1789, at the age of 93.
